Never meditated before? No worries. Everyone’s welcome, whether you’re 18 or 80–just pure meditation, no yoga poses. The format will consist of two guided breathing meditation sessions, each lasting 10-15 minutes, with a break in between. Feel free to join whenever works best for you.
